I haven't fallen off the face of the earth. I am still here. I am starting to feel like I have a little more energy. I am in my 13th week and things are going well. We went to the doctor last night and heard the heart beat for the first time. That little one is growing well...at least I am growing out of my clothes anyway!! The heart beat was 160, strong and healthy. Hunter's heart beat was usually around 140. Deduct from that what you may...but the PA did say that this early it might be a little faster.
Everything else is going well. We put the rail down on Hunter's crib last night so we are making the first step to a big bed. Once we have someplace to go with the crib we are going to try making the big step. Next is the nuk. He also gave the baby a kiss good night for the first time last night. I am pretty sure that he is going to be a good big brother.
We have been enjoying the nice weather but everyone has either allergies or a cold so it has slowed us down a bit. We had some friends from college over this weekend with all the kids. We had 7 kids under the age of 4. Everyone was very well behaved but it is always fun to think of how our lives have changed in the last 9 years!!
Hope everyone is enjoying the spring!

How Technology has Change my Thought Process
I work on a computer a lot, and have ever since I was in college. I have noticed through the years how that has changed how I think about things. Do you ever notice when you do something in 'real life' not on the computer that you find yourself looking for the Undo button? There is an undo button for just about every program that you run on the computer and it sure would be helpful when you burn dinner, break a glass or miss as you are trying to catch your little one falling off a chair?? I have had those thoughts many times in many different situations. But recently I have had a different technology that has changed my thoughts...DVR.
We have DVR with our Dish Network system which allow us to pause, rewind and record live T.V.. The other day I was in the car listening to the radio and the DJ said something I caught the tail end of and I actually reached to the radio to rewind it. Do you think my grandparents ever had any of these thought?? But then again, why would you want to rewind Polka music??

Cat's out of the bag
Well, much to our surprise, Josh and I are expecting our second little bundle of joy! It goes to show once again how our kids really do make the decisions in this relationship! We are very excited. I am due October 1st (yep 12 days before my birthday). I am feeling good but tired and hungry! Nothing out of the ordinary. We may have to have a baby naming contest sometime down the road when we find out what if this little one will be Hunter's brother or sister. We have already gotten some Harry Potter suggestions, thanks Jess, but I think we are still looking!
Here's to hoping there is only one!

Gotta Love WI Weather
In the last 12 hours it has rained, sleeted, blown like a sun of a gun, thundered, and snowed. It decided to do all of the above during rush hour this morning, making the drive in long and nauseous! But I got here safe and sound, I guess that is what matters. The worse part of March coming in like a lion is that it seems EVERY time I plan some girls time, much deserved girls time, it is bad weather and we need to reschedule!
Darn WI Weather!!
PS. Hunter's little screaming fit at 1:00 this morning doesn't help my mood!
